摘要
主要针对电弧冶炼在生产实际过程中是一个非线性且存在严重随机干扰的系统,运用常规控制难以取得令人满意的控制效果,为此提出了一种基于线性插值模糊控制和Bang—Bang控制相结合的控制系统,使模糊控制输出连续变化,提高了模糊控制系统的精度以确保系统具有最优化的动态和稳态性能,系统的性能更加稳定可靠,同时也使能耗降低。
The arc smelter is nonlinear and influenced by the stochastic disturbance severely in practice and it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory result by means of common control.A control system is put forward which consists of Bang-Bang controller and fuzzy controller based on linear interpolation.The method of math is used to make the output of fuzzy controller changeable continuously to improve the precision of the system in the end.The system’s performance is more stable and reliable,thus reducing energy consumption.
