再生大骨料影响自密实堆积混凝土力学性能的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 分别采用100%毛石、100%废弃的砖块、100%废弃的混凝土块、废弃的砖块和混凝土块的50%,毛石、废弃的砖块和废弃的混凝土块各1/3作为再生大骨料,制作了五组再生大骨料自密实堆积混凝土棱柱体。通过试验,系统地研究了不同种类及不同掺量的再生大骨料对再生骨料自密实堆积混凝土棱柱体抗压强度、应力应变全曲线、弹性模量和峰值应变的影响。试验结果表明,再生骨料自密实堆积混凝土的棱柱体强度、弹性模量随再生大骨料强度升高而变大,随再生大骨料种类增多而变小;再生大骨料种类越少,分布越均匀,峰值应变越小。 5 groups of recycled coarse aggregates rock-fill concrete prismoids are made in abandoned rubble,abandoned bricks and abandoned concrete blocks.The influence of recycled coarse aggregates of different types and dosages on the prismoids compressive strength,modulus of elasticity as well as peak strain is investigated.The results indicate that prismoids compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of recycled aggregates rock-fill concrete will be larger with recycled coarse aggregate strength is heightened,but will be diminish with the categories of recycled coarse aggregate are increased;peak strain gets smaller with less types and more uniform distribution of recycled coarse aggregate in the recycled aggregate rock-fill concrete.
