摘要
综述纺织复合材料在风力发电机叶片制造中的应用及发展前景。通过分析玻璃纤维、碳纤维、碳玻混杂复合材料的性能和在制造风力发电机叶片时的优缺点,结合叶片复合材料中用于增强纺织纤维基布的结构设计特点,认为纬编轴向织物的结构具有更好的可成形性,S级玻璃纤维、碳纤维、纳米碳纤维、可回收的热塑性树脂复合材料将成为风力发电机叶片复合材料的首选材料。
Application and development foreground of textile composite material in manufacturing wind turbine blade were summarized. Property of glass fiber,carbon fiber,carbon glass blended composite materlal and advantages & disadvantages in manufacturing wind turbine blade were tested, according to structure and design property of textile fiber base cloth in blade composite material which is used to increase strength,it is considered that shapeability of weft knitting axial fabric is better for its structure, S grade glass fiber, carbon fiber, nano carbon fiber, recycle thermoplasticity composite material will be preferred material of wind turbine blade.
