摘要
以TiCl4为钛前驱体,氨水为沉淀剂,钨酸钠为掺杂体给体,采用化学沉淀法,制备了纯的与WO3掺杂的TiO2纳米光催化剂。用XRD、FTIR等方法对其进行表征。以20W紫外灯为光源,苯酚的光催化降解为模型反应,考察了煅烧温度与WO3掺杂量对TiO2光催化性能的影响。结果表明:WO3的掺杂细化了晶粒。纯TiO2经450℃煅烧后,光催化性能最佳,WO3-TiO2光催化剂比纯TiO2具有更好光催化性能,掺入WO3摩尔分数为1%时,WO3-TiO2光催化性能最佳。
The pure and WO3-doped TiO2 nanoparticles photocatalyst was prepared by chemical precipitation,in which titanium tetrachloride was used as Ti-precursor,ammonia as precipitant and sodium tungstate as doping donor.The samples was characterized by XRD and FTIR.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the photocatalytic decomposition of phenol under 20 W UV light irradiation,The Effects of calcinated temperature and WO3-doped concentration on the activity was investigated.The results showed that WO3 doping retards the growth of grain size.The photocatalytic activity of pure TiO2 is optital when the sample was calcined at 450℃,The WO3-TiO2 photocatalysts show better photocatalytic activity.The optimum concentration of WO3 is 1%(mole fracition).
