摘要 调度自动化系统作为电网运行控制的基础,在智能电网背景下将向智能化的方向发展。文中综述了国内外电网智能调度的实践情况,对智能调度的需求、考虑因素等若干问题进行了探讨,提出智能调度中心的层次结构,并对智能调度中心涉及的关键技术进行了阐述。 In the context of smart grid,dispatching automation system as the basis for operation and control of power grids will develop towards an intelligent direction. This paper reviews the domestic and international practices of power system intelligent dispatch. The demands for intelligent dispatch and factors to be taken into account are discussed. The sub-hierarchy and the key technologies involved in intelligent control center are also described.
