摘要
以粒度级配和紧密堆积原理为理论依据,以嘉华G级高抗硫油井水泥和铁矿粉等为基本原料,采用NN-D6型六速旋转粘度计,研究了密度为2.6g/cm3的高密度水泥浆体系中铁矿粉的形状、粒度及粒度级配对其流变性能的影响。结果表明:采用颗粒圆形度较好、粒度较大、粒度级配范围较宽的铁矿粉作为加重剂,可以改善高密度水泥浆体的流变性。
Based on the theory size, and the particle gradation of the particle gradation and the close of iron ore powder on the rheological packing, the effects of the shape, the of high density (2.6 g/cm^3 ) cement slurry system were studied using Jiahua G grade high sulfate -resistant oil well cement and iron ore powder as basic raw materials. The results showed that the rheological property of high density cement slurry could be improved using the iron ore powder with better circularity, larger particle size, and wider particle gradation as weighting agent.
