摘要
为了探索利用木薯杆栽培秀珍菇的技术关键,进行适合木薯杆栽培的秀珍菇优良菌株筛选试验和以木薯杆为主要原料的培养料配方试验。结果筛选出适合利用木薯杆栽培的秀珍菇优良菌株秀珍3号,最适配方为木薯杆屑45%、木屑17%、棉籽壳20%、麦麸15%、石膏1%和石灰2%。
In order to explore the key technique of using cassava stalk to cultivate Pleurotus geesteranus,experiment on selecting excellent strains of pleurotus geesteranus and test on compost formula with cassava stalk as the main raw material were conducted.The results showed that Xiuzhen No.3 was the excellent strains which was suitable for cultivation with cassava stalk as the main culture material.The optimum formula was scraps of cassava stalk 45%,wood dust 17%,cotton seed hull 20%,wheat bran 15%,gypsum 1% and lime 2%.
