8Hz 130dB次声作用对大鼠肾及肾上腺结构的影响

摘要 目的:观察大鼠暴露于8Hz,130dB次声不同时间后肾及肾上腺的病理改变,并探讨损伤意义。方法:将36只大鼠随机分为6组,分别为对照组(1组)与次声暴露实验组(5组),每组6只。给实验组以8Hz,130dB次声作用分别持续1,7,14,21和28d,2h/d,取动物标本,常规HE染色显微镜下观察大鼠肾及肾上腺组织的病理改变。结果:经过暴露于8Hz,130dB次声后,大鼠肾上腺结构同对照组,仅细胞内脂滴增加,增加程度与暴露时间有关。实验组大鼠与对照组相比,明显出现肾血管扩张充血,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀,其程度亦与暴露时间有关。结论:次声可引起肾脏及肾上腺组织的损伤,损伤和次声暴露时间有关。 Objective:To observe the pathological changes into the rat's kidney and adrenal gland under different times after being exposed in the infrasound with 8 Hz/130 dB,and to explore effects and significance of it.Methods:36 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups in average,including one normal control group and five infrasound exposed experimental groups.The five experimental groups were respectively exposed in the infrasound with 8 Hz/130 dB for 2 hours per day every 6 days one month,and then the tissue slices of the rat's kidney and adrenal were dyed in normal rules and observed their pathological changes using the microscope.Results:After being exposed in the infrasound,the rats' adrenal structure in experimental group were same as the normal control ones except for the lipid droplet increased in the cell.The extent of increasing is relevant to the exposure time.Compared to the rats in normal control groups,the vessel of kidney of rats' in experimental groups was evidently distended and engorged,the renal tubular epithelial cell was swelled,and the extent of changes described above is relevant to the exposure time,too.Conclusion:Infrasound of 8 Hz,130 dB can lead to the damage of the rats in renal and adrenal tissue;the extent of damage is relevant to the exposure time.
