摘要
我国城镇化发展过程中,用地粗放与人均耕地锐减之间的矛盾成为提出城镇土地集约利用的依据。本文以廊坊市固安县为例,结合实际情况,建立了城镇土地集约利用评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法对乡镇土地集约利用程度进行评价。评价结果表明,固安县各乡镇土地集约利用的整体水平并不高,乡镇土地利用的重点应放在土地的可持续利用方面,走集约式土地利用方向,能最大程度地提高乡镇土地利用效益。
During urbanization,the conflict between extensive land utilization and decreasing arable lands per capital necessitates the intensive land utilization.This paper,based on a case study on Gu＇an county,establishes an index system to evaluate the urban extensive land utilization,and applies the AHP to evaluate the intensive degree of urban land utilization.The results indicate a low intensive land utilization level in general in Gu＇an county,so the focus shall be put on the sustainable development of lands.The intensive land utilization can increase the urban land utilization profits at most.
