知识型员工工作满意度性别差异的比较研究──珠三角地区外资企业的实证研究 被引量:1

The Research of Gender Difference Comparison among the Knowledge Workers on Job Satisfaction:An Empirical Study Based on Foreign-Funded Enterprise from Zhujiang Delta

摘要 知识型员工日益成为组织中最核心的人力资本,他们对工作满意的程度直接或间接地影响其对工作的投入和企业的绩效。对珠三角地区外资企业的知识型员工在工作满意度上的性别差异所进行的比较研究的结果表明:不同性别的知识型员工无论在总体满意度上,还是在各满意度的影响因素以及各因素重要性上都存在一定的差异。 Knowledge workers are increasingly becoming the core of the organization's human capital. Their degree of job satisfaction, either directly or indirectly affect their work engagement and business performance. This is a comparison study of the gender differences of knowledge workers on the job satisfaction from foreign-funded enterprises in Zhujiang Delta. The results show that there are differences on the influential factors, the importance on the influential factors of the job satisfaction between male and female knowledge workers.
