染污方式对复合绝缘子交流覆冰闪络特性的影响 被引量:9

Impact of Pollution Manners on AC Flashover Performance of Ice-Coated Composite Insulators

摘要 在人工气候室内分别对2种染污方式(固体涂层法、覆冰水电导率法)下,FXBW–10/70、FXBW–35/702种复合绝缘子进行了试验研究,得到了2种染污方式的等价关系,并分析了2种染污方式对试验结果和复合绝缘子闪络过程的影响。试验结果表明,覆冰水电导率(20℃)与盐密呈幂指数关系,并且特征指数与复合绝缘子型式无明显关系;固体涂层法试验结果的分散性比覆冰水电导率法大;2种染污方式的闪络发展过程存在差异,固体涂层法对复合绝缘子的破坏较覆冰水电导率法要大。 To research the test method for ice-coating of AC composite insulators, two polluting manners, namely solid coating and freezing water conductivity, are respectively applied to two kinds of composite insulators, i.e., FXBW-10/70 and FXBW-35/70, in artificial climate chamber. From this research, the equivalence relation between the two polluting manners is obtained, the impacts of the two polluting manners on testing results as well as that on flashover processes of composite insulators are analyzed. Testing results show that under uniform ice-coating states from the two polluting manners there is power exponent relation between the freezing water conductivity at 20℃ and salt deposit density (SDD), and the characteristic exponent does not evidently correlate with the types of composite insulators; the testing results from solid coating are more dispersive than those from freezing water conductivity; there are differences between flashover processes caused by the two polluting manners, the solid coating brings composite insulators heavier destruction than freezing water conductivity does.
