摘要
结构电池将电源与结构件合二为一,可有效降低系统质量,节约有效载荷空间,将成为航空航天用高性能电池新型应用形式。利用硅橡胶热膨胀模塑成型法研究了聚合物锂离子电池的异型成型过程。研究结果表明,利用设计的模具,130℃条件下,具有最好的成型效果。制备得到的异型聚合物锂离子电池可满足微型无人机的力学要求,仅在电池性能上略有下降。
Multifunctional structural battery incorporating the energy storage with the structural member, with the advantages of reducing the system' s mass effectively, and leaving more space to other payload, will become the new applied form of high performance battery in aerospace field. The technical fabrication of hetero-type battery was studied in this paper by the means of silicon rubber thermal expansion molding. The best performance of camber polymer lithium ion battery was got at the molding temperature of 130 ℃ with self-made molding device. This structural battery has the mechanical performance exceeding the demand of micro aero vehicle, but its electrochemical performance decreases a litter compared with normal polymer lithium ion battery.
