摘要
政府购买社区卫生服务是政府社区卫生服务提供方式的重大变革。政府购买社区卫生服务过程出现了"点"的数量不足,"试"的深度不够以及试点进行的前奏实施条件与后续保障机制准备不足的问题,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面论述如何推进政府购买社区卫生服务的可持续发展。
The government purchases of community health service is an important reform contents of health care.Within the process of this reform it had revealed the quantities not be enough,pilot study not be location in-depth level and be lack of continuity mechanism.This paper described sustainable development mechanism of government purchases of community health service from the perspective of macro medium and micro levels.
