摘要
分析了传统空心板梁的弊端:如支座脱空、梁端跳车、梁端漏水、铰缝断裂等。提出了采用端部为榫头型预制空心板梁,通过改进空心板梁端部构造,可保证与支座顶面密贴接触,并保证铰缝传递剪力的能力,从而提高结构耐久性,提高行车舒适性,改善跳车现象,降低噪声。经效益分析,效果显著。为进一步推广,还需验证新老混凝土结合面的咬合力、深梁配筋等问题。
The paper analyzes disadvantages of traditional hollow slab beams such as bearing separation,jumping,water seepage and hinge joint fracture,etc. Through making beam ends structure better,a new method of adopting prestressed hollow slab beam with tenon-shaped ends is introduced,which can guarantee jointing with bearing top tightly and delivering shear force by hinge joint to improve structure durability and roadability,to avoid jumping possibly and to lower noise. A nd it brings about a striking effect by the analysis of benefits. In the mean time,it should be tested some problems such as friction of old -new concrete interface and deep beam with reinforcing bars for the new method development in the future.
