摘要 机体的免疫系统承担着抵御外界病原体入侵这一重任。Toll样受体作为天然免疫和获得性免疫的重要门户,是植物、昆虫和哺乳类动物等宿主进行免疫防御的监视器,它的重要作用已逐渐为人们所认识。自Toll样受体发现至今已有十余年,有关的结构、分布、配体及介导的信号通路已有初步的研究,本文就Toll样受体的最新进展进行综述。
