摘要
研究了白灵菇子实体多糖的超声波辅助提取工艺。通过试验,确定的最佳工艺条件为:料水比1:40(w:v),提取温度90℃,提取时间4 h,超声时间为10 min,提取2次,采用Sevage法去蛋白,乙醇沉淀浓度80%,并确定纯净水为白灵菇多糖的最佳提取溶剂。实验采用了旋光检测技术,并同比色法进行了对比。
The extraction processing of crude epiphyte polysaccharides from Pleurotus ferulae with ultrasonic wave was summarized in the article,which the optimum conditions are:water as extractant,extraction temperature 90℃, w:v = 1:40,extraction time 4 hours,ultrasonic time 10 minutes,twice extraction operation.Sevage method is utilized to separate the protein and 80%alcohol solution was used to precipitate the crude epiphyte polysaccharides. Polarimetry is selected to detect the experimental results,which were compared with the UV method.
