摘要
目的探讨微波与干扰素局部注射及凝胶外用联合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法分析2004年3月至2009年8月微波治疗肛周尖锐湿疣患者123例临床资料,其中治疗组74例,予以干扰素局部注射加微波治疗加术后干扰素凝胶外用;对照组49例,单独应用微波治疗。结果治疗组治愈48例(64.86%),对照组治愈17例(34.69%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发26例(35.14%),对照组复发32例(65.31%),两组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波与干扰素局部注射及凝胶外用治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效优于单纯微波治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microwave combined with interferon for treatment of perianalcondyloma acuminatum.Methods From March2004 toAugust2009, 123 patients sufferd from perianal condyloma acuminatum were treated with microwave.Treated group 74 cases were treated with microwave combined with interferon, control group 49 cases with microwave alone.Results Treated group cured 48 cases（64.86%）, control group cured 17 cases （34.69%）, Difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 26 cases（35.14%） in the treatment group , 32 cases （65.31%） in control group recurred. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of microwave combined with interferon for treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum is better than microwave alone.
