摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方罗布麻片中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量。方法采用KromasilC18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,绿原酸的紫外检测波长为326nm,蒙花苷的紫外检测波长为334nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果绿原酸进样量在0.1629~0.8144μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998(n=5),平均回收率为99.24%,RSD为1.27%(n=6);蒙花苷进样量在0.0782~0.3912μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998(n=5),平均回收率为98.02%,RSD=1.27%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便,切实可行,获得了满意的测定结果。
Objective To assay the content of chlorogenic acid and buddleodide of Compound Kendir Leaves Tablets by HPLC. Methods With gradient elution,taking use of Kromasil C18 chromatograthic column; the acetonitrile-0.5% phosphate acid acting as the mobile phase; the column temperature was 30℃; the ultraviolet detection wavelength for chlorogenic acid and buddleodide were 326nm and 334nm respectively; the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 Results The progress of chlorogenic acid presented a good linearity with the peak square in range of 0.1629~0.8144μg,r=0.9998(n=5). The average rate of recovery was 99.24%(n=6). RSD was 1.27%(n=6). The progress of buddleodide presented a good linearity with the peak square in range of 0.0782~0.3912μg,r=0.9998(n=5). The average rate of recovery was 98.02%(n=6). RSD was 1.27%(n=6). Conclusion The method is easy and practical,and the result is satisfied.
