抑制煤氧化自燃的盐类阻化剂性能分析 被引量:31

摘要 为进一步研发高效阻化剂以阻止煤炭自燃,分别对东山煤样和芙蓉煤样,在添加不同阻化剂条件下进行程序升温试验,通过对40-150℃升温过程中不同煤样反应后一氧化碳产量的对比分析,得出了阻化剂对不同煤样的阻化效果。结果表明:对于东山煤样,碳酸氢铵和氯化镁的阻化率可达88%以上;不同升温过程中的芙蓉煤样,磷酸二氢铵、碳酸氢铵的阻化率均可达75%以上,煤样在不同温度阶段,质量分数20%的阻化剂阻化效果最佳。此试验结果可为高效阻化剂的配制提供相关依据和参考。 In order to further research and develop high efficient retardants to restrain the coal spontaneous combustion,Dongshan coal sample and Furong coal sample individually were applied to the program temperature increasing test under the different retardants added.During the 40 to 150 ℃ increasing process,comparison analysis was conducted on the carbon monoxide production from the different coal samples and the retarding results of the retardant to the different coal samples were obtained.The results showed that the retarding rate of the NH4HCO3 and MgCl2 for the Dongshan coal samples could be over 88% and in the different temperature increasing processes of the Furong coal samples,the retarding rate of the(NH4)H2PO4 and(NH4)HCO3 would be all over 75%.At the different temperature stage of the coal samples,mass fraction 20% of the retardant would have the optimized retarding result.The test results could provide the related references and basis to the preparation of the high efficient retardants.
