摘要 针对煤矿电网中由于变频器的大量使用及矿井提升机的大负荷剧烈变化,产生电压波动,使供电质量下降,造成煤矿电网的功率因数偏低,产生谐波电流污染电网、损害电气设备的问题,在对主要原因进行全面分析的基础上,提出了通过安装高压动态无功补偿及滤波装置(TCR型SVC)的解决办法。简述了TCR型SVC装置的工作原理,根据大兴矿副井提升机的实际运行测试情况,提出了TCR型SVC装置设计方案,并对安装后运行情况进行了谐波电流及功率因数情况全面测试。测试结果表明,通过安装TCR型SVC装置能有效解决由于变频器使用及大负荷剧烈变化对煤矿电网造成的供电质量降低的问题。 The large applications of the converters and the large loading serious changes of the mine hoist in the mine electric grid would make the voltage undulation,make the electric power supply quality reduced,cause the power factor too low of the mine power grid,cause the harmonic current to pollute the power grid and to harm the electric equipment.Based on the full analysis on the main causes,a solution with the installation of the high voltage dynamic idle compensation device and the filtration wave device(TCR mode SVC) was provided.The paper stated the working principle of the TCR mode SVC device.According to the actual operation measurement conditions of the mine hoist in the mine auxiliary shaft of Daxing Mine,the design alternative of the TCR mode SVC device was provided and the full measurements of the harmonic current and power factor were conducted after the installation completed.The measurement results showed that the installation of the TCR mode SVC device could be effective to solve the power supply quality reduced problems occurred by the mine power grid due to the converter application and the large loading serious changed.
