摘要
为做好为军服务,医院创新工作思路,采取院外基地化为军保障模式,受到了保障部队官兵的一致好评,收到了很好地效果。本文对服务模式进行总结,为新形势下为军服务提供新的思路和路径。
To improve the effect of the work of serving for the soldiers,the base support mode was adopted by the hospital.In this paper,the methods to construct the base support mode were introduced which will provide references for the other military hospitals.
