摘要
现代医院门诊管理主要应当抓住以下四要素,即:坚定地实施属地化管理;有效地实施机制化管理;系统地开展信息化管理;持之以恒地重视和谐化管理。充分发挥门诊部展示医院技术优势、协调内外工作运转、有效扩大市场份额、创造舒适便捷的诊治察环境等重要功能。
Four essential factors should be pay attention in the management of the outpatient department as following： the firm promotion of the regionalization management,the effective implementation of the mechanisms management,the systematical information management and the persistent implementation of the harmonious management.And then,the important function should be exhibited of the outpatient departments on excellent technology,high efficiency,numerous patients and comfortable environment in modern hospitals.
