摘要 作者介绍了水牛精液超低温冷冻保存技术的原理,操作程序,目前存在的问题;并对未来的发展作了展望,包括提高冻精生产各环节的工艺,x精子和y精子的分离,以期促进奶水牛的发展和育种工作的开展。
