摘要
从强化服务意识、提升服务理念、加强心理知识培训几个方面阐述了构建和谐图书馆的途径,指出高校图书馆应倡导"以人为本"和"人性化服务"的理念。
This paper expounds the paths for constructing harmonious library from aspects of strengthening service consciousness,enhancing service concept,and strengthening psychological knowledge training,etc.,and points out that university library should advocat"epeople-oriented"concept and incarnat"ehumanized service".
