摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效。[方法]将64例予以切开复位内固定,术后行中药熏洗,并予以中医分期辨证治疗。[结果]随访6～24个月,本组64例,疗效优46例,良12例,可4例,差2例。优良率90.6%。[结论]手术治疗,配合术后早期功能锻炼、中药熏洗及中医分期辨证施治是一种有效的治疗方法。
[ Objective ] To observe the TCM - WM treatment of clinical effect of trimalleolar fracture. [ Methods ] 64 patients to be cases of open reduction and internal fixation, after line medicine Fumigation, and be phased TCM Differential Treatment. [ Results ] Follow - up of 6 to 24 months, 64 patients with excellent result 46 cases, good 12 cases, fair 4 cases,poor 2 cases. Excellent and good rate was 90.6%.[Conclusion] Surgical treatment, with early postoperative functional exercise, chinese medicine Fumigation and TCM syndrome differentiation stages is an effective treatment.
