摘要
[目的]观察局部封闭结合针刀治疗胫骨内髁炎疗效。[方法]采用利多卡因局麻加用2.5%醋酸泼尼松龙1mL局部封闭,创可贴固定3天。[结果]治疗37例,痊愈15例,好转22例。[结论]可达到松解组织、消炎止痛之目的。
[ Objective ] To investigate the combination of the partial closure of needle - knife treatment of tibial condyle inflammatory effect. [ Methods ] Use of local anesthesia with lidocaine 2.5 % was added, Prednisolone acetate l mL partially closed, bandaid fixed 3 days. [ Results] Treatment 37 cases, recovered 15 cases, improved 22 cases. [ Conclusion ] Can be achieved lysis organizations, anti - inflammatory analgesic purposes.
