摘要
目的 研究野雉尾金粉蕨Onychium japonicum的化学成分。方法 以硅胶、凝胶等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,有机波谱方法鉴定结构。结果 分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为4,3′,4′-trihydroxy-2,6dim-ethoxychalcone(1)、金圣草酚(chrysoeriol,2)、木犀草素(3)、紫铆素(butin,4)、原儿茶酸(5)、3,4-dihydroxy-acetophenone(6)、咖啡酸(7)、香草酸(8)、对羟基水杨醛(9)、丁香酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论 化合物1为新的化合物,命名为野鸡尾酮D(japonicone D),化合物2~10为首次从金粉蕨属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Onychium japonicum. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by repeated column chromatography and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic method. Results Ten compounds were identifed as: 4, 3′, 4′-trihydroxy-2, 6-dimethoxychalcone (1), chrysoeriol (2), luteolin (3), butin (4), protocatechuic acid (5), 3, 4-dihydroxy-acetophenone (6), caffeic acid (7), vanillic acid (8), 2, 4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (9), syringic acid (10), and β-sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new product named japonicone D, compounds2-10 are isolated from the plants of Onychium Kaulf for the first time.
