摘要
目的:评价胃癌术后对患者进行肠内/肠外营养治疗的过程中病人并发症的发生率、术后胃肠功能恢复时间以及平均住院天数。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库,筛选有关对照临床试验.采用RevMan4.1进行Meta分析。结果:纳入12篇研究.胃癌术后肠内营养(EN)与肠外营养(PN)相比.并发症的发生率的比值比(OR)为053.95%CI[0.35.079],P=0.002:胃肠道功能恢复时间的加权均数差值(WMD)为-2654,95%CI[-366,-16.48】.P〈0.00001:住院时间的加权均数差值(WMD)为-406,95%CI[-715,-097],P=0.01〈O05。结论:进行胃癌手术后的患者.采用肠内营养时并发症的发生率较低.术后胃肠功能恢复较快,住院天数较短。
Objoetive: To evaluate the incidence of complications, postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function, and the average number of hospitalization days after EN and PN application for patients post gastric cancer operation. Methods: CNKI database was searched, and the related controlled clinical trials was selected, then meta analysis by the tool of RevMan4.1 was conducted. Rosults: Twelve studies were admmitted in this research. Post gastric cancer operation, data in enteral nutrition (EN) group and parenteral nutrition (PN) group were compared. The odds ratio (OR) of complications incidence was 0.53, 95% CI [0.35, 0.79], P = 0.002; the weighted mean difference (WMD) of intestinal recovery time was -26.54,95% CI [-36.6, -16.48], P 〈0.00001; the weighted mean difference (WMD) of length of stay (LOS) was -4.06, 95% CI [-7.15, -0.97], P = 0.01 〈0.05, for EN/PN, respectively. Conclusion. For patients post gastric cancer operation, compared with PN group, incidence of complications was lower, recovery of gastrointestinal function was faster, and length of stay (LOS) was shorter for EN group.
