摘要
在贫血、外伤、组织坏死及缺损等情况下,组织或细胞常处于低氧状态。低氧导致一系列转录诱导因子的表达,它们参与了血管形成,铁、糖代谢及细胞的生长和增殖。其中,低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)对血管的发生及细胞的生长起决定性作用。近年来研究发现,HIF-1α除了可以诱导血管生成外,对骨形成也有一定的作用。本文就HIF-1α的分子结构、下游靶基因及促进成骨方面的研究进展作一综述。
Under the condition of anaemia,trauma,necrosis and defect,cells and tissues are often in mionectic condition.Hypoxia in cells and tissues leads to the transcriptional induction of a series of genes that participate in angiogenesis,iron metabolism,glucose metabolism,cell growth and proliferation.Among these genes,HIF-1α plays crucial roles in the angiogenesis of tumors and mammalian development.Recently year,it is found that be-sides inducing angiogenesis,HIF-1α has effect on osteogenesis.This review focused on the molecular structure,downstream target genes,osteogenesis of HIF-1α.
