摘要 儿童早期龋(ECC)的患病率一直居高不下,其发生是宿主因素、生物学因素和行为因素等多因素作用的结果。母亲自身基因、妊娠期各种不良因素的刺激、生活习性、受教育程度和口腔保健观念等,与儿童的口腔健康状况息息相关,可影响ECC的发生。了解母亲在ECC发生过程中所起的作用,让母亲避免可能导致ECC发生的各种不良行为,将会为预防ECC提供重要的策略。本文就母亲在ECC发生过程中的影响作一综述。 There is a high prevalence rate of early childhood caries（ECC）,and it results from a multiplication of risk factors,including different hosts,microorganisms and inappropriate behaviors.The children＇s oral health status is closely related to the mother,such as heredity,life style,educational level,concept of oral health care,as well as the harmful factors during pregnancy,and all factors above could affect the incidence of ECC.There-fore,for the prevention of ECC,it is important to know about the mother＇s impact on ECC and make the mother relinquish the unhealthy habits.This article provides an overview about the mother＇s impact on ECC.
