摘要
用物理共混法将PEG和壳聚糖共混物改性,得到具有固-固相变性能的储能材料,用DSC具体研究了PEG的质量分数及PEG的相对分子质量对共混材料的相变温度和相变焓的影响。结果表明,不同相对分子质量的PEG在63~68℃之间具有较大的相变焓,且相变焓在180~220J/g之间,均可做为相变储能材料;相对分子质量为8000的PEG相对于其他的PEG更适宜做相变储能材料,共混物中PEG的质量分数低于85%时才表现为固-固相变材料。
PEG/ Chitosan blends were modified to be an energy storage materials with solid-solid phase change performance by using physical blending method, the effect s of molecular weight and contents of PEG on phase change enthalpy and phase change temperature of the blends were discussed in details with DSC. The results showed that PEG of different relative molecular weight has bigger phase change enthalpy between 63 and 68 celsius degree, and phase change enthalpy can be phase change energy storage materials when it is between 180 and 220 J/g, PEG of relative quality in 80000 has good properties as phase change energy storage compared with other PEG of different molecular weight, and it shows solid- solid phase change materials when PEG of quality fractional number lower than 85 percent in compounding goods.
