摘要
目的探讨如何使用360度评估法进行科主任查房质量的量化评估。方法按照360度评估法的基本步骤,对科主任查房质量进行量化评估。结果利用360度评估法进行科主任查房评估可获得全面、具体的信息,有利于科主任查房质量的提升。结论 360度评估法是考核科主任查房质量的一种有效工具。
Objective To study on how to use the 360 degree appraisal to eva[uate the quality of chief physician. Method According to the steps of 360 degree appraisal to make measuring scales, train estimators, send the results back to chief physicians, and then analyze its feasibility. Result 360 degree appraisal can effectively and comprehensively collect evaluation information to reveal existing problems in chief physician, which can improve the quality of chief physician. Conclusion The 360 Degree Appraisal is a good tool to evaluate quality of chief physician.
