心脑血管病发生和发展的基础为动脉血管壁结构和功能的改变,并且其弹性改变早于结构改变。脉搏波传导速度是评估动脉血管早期功能变化简捷、有效、可重复性的非侵入性指标,能够综合反映各种危险因素对血管的损伤,是心血管事件的独立预测因子,对心血管疾病药物的干预治疗有重要的指导价值,其在心血管领域的临床应用将有广阔的前景,并正日益受到学术界的高度重视。
Structural and functional changes of arterial vessel walls can cause cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.Pulse wave velocity is a simple,effective and non-invasive method to evaluate the early functional changes of arterial vessel walls,and can comprehensively index the damage of various risk factors on vessel walls.Pulse wave velocity,an independent predictive index for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,has the potential to direct the drug intervention for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
