摘要
随着社会竞争越加激烈,人们的生活节奏加快,睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的发病率不断升高.文章结合计算机技术,语音识别技术提出了一种智能睡眠枕的设计,详细介绍了睡眠枕的硬件结构、工作流程,并着重分析了鼾声检测的方法以及判断睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的依据,最后给出了实验结果并对结果进行了分析.该设计克服了传统检测方法存在的一些弊端,能在无察觉的情况下,通过安装在枕头中的机械装置调整使用者的睡眠姿势,并及时记录睡眠呼吸暂停综合症的发生情况,以供分析和治疗.实验结果表明,该智能睡眠枕对于改善睡眠质量,治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合症有比较明显的作用.
As the society has become increasingly fierce competition and people are accelerating pace of life, the incidence of sleep apnea syndrome is rising. An intelligent pillow is designed using the computer technology and speech recognition technology in this paper. The hardware structure of this pillow and working process are introduced in details. The research focuses on the testing method for sound of snoring and the basis discrimination principle for judging sleep apnea syndrome. At last, the experiment results are analyzed. This design overcomes some shortcomings in the traditional sleep detection methods. The pillow can adjust the user's sleep position in the state of no awareness through the mechanical devices inside. It also can record the occurence of sleep apnea syndrome and this will help docotre to analyze and treat the patient with sleep apnea syndrome. The results of the experiment show that the device is important to improve the user's sleep quality.
