摘要
磷光掺杂体系(Doped system)中主体材料(Host materials)是保证能量有效传递给客体分子与激子的复合辐射部分,通常的主体材料都是好的发光材料,但磷光掺杂体系的主体材料可以只作为能量传递和阻挡层存在。磷光掺杂体系的主体材料具有高于掺杂磷光客体的三线态能量,HOMO和LUMO能级差(Eg能量)约大于2.5 eV。能级匹配是主体材料向客体材料传递能量效率的关键因素,也是主客体之间相互选择的前提。本文总结了近几年磷光掺杂体系中典型的小分子主体材料结构,并对特定材料在器件中的性能进行比较。磷光掺杂体系的小分子主体材料的基本特性也在文中进行了分析和归纳。
The host material of doped system was to ensure effective delivery of energy to the guest molecules and the exaction can complex for radiation,and the host material was usually good light-emitting materials,but some host was the main energy transfer or as a blocking layer exist only.The match of energy level between host and gust was a significant condition that can provide the transport efficient of energy.The typical structure of small molecules the host material of the doping system in recent years was summarized and specific material properties of the devices were compared.In addition,small molecular host materials of the basic characteristics in doped system were analyzed and summarized.
