摘要
选择200目~300目硅胶为柱填料,以抑菌效果为评价指标,利用制备型高效液相法(Pre-HPLC)对苦瓜提取液浸膏中的抑菌活性成分进行分离。结果表明:当流动相配比石油醚(60℃~90℃):乙酸乙酯为7:3,进样量0.5mL,流速5mL/min时,检测器在280nm波长处所检测到的物质抑菌效果最好,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果明显,抑菌圈直径为12mm,对照组没有抑菌效果。
The antibacterial activity components of Momordica charantia L.were separated by the preparative high performance liquid chromatography(Pre-HPLC).The result shows:the best antibacterial activity components were separated under the conditions of the petroleum ether(60 ℃-90 ℃):ethyl acetate is 7:3,0.5 mL of injection volume,5 mL/min of velocity,the detection wavelength is 280 nm.The Staphylococcus aureus was inhibited well and the Inhibition zone diameter is 12 mm.
