76例踝关节骨折及脱位的手术治疗 被引量：6

摘要 目的总结踝关节骨折及脱位切开复位内固定方法和效果。方法对采用手术治疗76例踝关节骨折及脱位的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 3例术后发生伤口浅表感染,经加强抗炎后痊愈,其它伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。随访1～3 a,患者骨折愈合时间为12～18周。按Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分标准:本组优44例,良26例,可5例,差1例,优良率为92.1%。结论手法恢复踝关节力线,及时手术治疗踝关节骨折及脱位可取得满意的临床疗效。
