摘要 对自动洗碗机用清洗剂(ADDs)中磷酸盐的替代品,磷酸盐困境及在无磷配方中产品的性能进行了论证和探讨,并用数字图像分析工具对多功能无磷ADDs产品的各项性能按含磷产品标准逐一进行了试验性评价。结果表明:含Dehypon GRA多功能无磷配方履行了跟含磷多功能市售产品一样的漂洗性能,在一些情况下,甚至超过了含磷多功能上市产品的漂洗性能。证实Dehypon GRA是一个有效的替代磷酸盐成分,能给多功能无磷ADDs产品配方提供一流产品。 This paper discussed a phosphate substitute in the automatic dish detergents (ADDs), the phosphate dilemma and the performance of phosphate-free automatic dish detergents. Meanwhile, it evaluated the cleaning and rinsing performance of the muhifunctional phosphate-flee products against a muhifunctional phosphate-based product by a digital image analysis tool (DIAT) . It showed that the muhifunetional phosphate-free product containing Dehypon GRA delivered the same rinse performance as muhifunctional phosphate-based commercial product and, in some eases, as is the case for product A, outdoes it. It turned out that Dehypon GRA is an effective ingredient that enables the formulation of muhifunetional ADDs phosphate-free product offering a first-rate result for spotless shiny tableware.
