摘要
针对化学组成复杂的中药,提出研究中药多维谱效关系。运用现代分离分析技术获取多维化学特征谱图信息,从细胞、整体动物和临床试验等不同层面上获取药效信息,采用多维信息处理技术,辨析中药多维谱效关系,进而建立基于谱效相关性的中药多维药效指纹图谱,推动中药质量分析技术的创新发展。
In this paper,a strategy for research on multidimensional spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine was proposed.The multi-dimensional chemical information of TCM samples,i.e.spectrum,was achieved using modern separation and analytical techniques,and the corresponding pharmacological effects were obtained by in sillico,in vitro or in vivo approaches.The spectrum-effect relationship was analyzed and identified by multi-dimensional information processing technique.Eventually,the spectrum-effect relationship based on multi-dimensional pharmacodynamic fingerprinting can be established for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
