共存氟离子对铁锰细菌氧化性能的影响效应

摘要 目的研究应用生物法去除铁锰氟共存水质中的铁锰.方法采用静态模拟试验,利用富集大量铁锰细菌的成熟滤料检测铁锰细菌的氧化性能随F-质量浓度及时间的变化情况.结果在共存F-质量浓度低于10 mg/L时,F-的存在对于铁锰的去除都有不同程度促进作用,以在5 mg/L左右时为最强;高F-质量浓度下,当铁锰细菌承受了适应期的抑制作用进入稳定期后,其氧化铁锰的能力与无氟存在时相当.长期处于含氟水质中的成熟滤料仍具有除氟能力.结论生物法适于处理含氟的地下水中的铁锰,且成熟滤料具有较弱但持久的除氟能力. This paper researches on how to remove iron and manganese from iron,manganese and fluorine coexisting water by biological methods.The static simulation test,which uses mature media of enrichment largely iron and manganese bacteria,was carried out to inspect effects of F-concentration and reaction time on iron and manganese bacteria oxidation ability.When the F-concentration is below 10mg /L,the existence of F-concentration has constantly stimulating effect on iron and manganese removal.The stimulating effect is the strongest at around 5 mg /L of F-concentration.The iron and manganese bacteria are in stability period after bacteria undertakes restraint in adjustment period under high F-concentration.The iron and manganese bacteria oxidation ability under high F-concentration is equal to the one without fluoride concentration,the mature media,which is enriched in water with F-for long time,own defluoridation capacity partly.The experiment shows that biological method is adapt to removing iron and manganese in groundwater with partly fluoride.At the same time,the mature media own faint and long-lasting capacity of defluoridation.
