摘要
本文利用自编问卷,深入了解纺织专业类毕业生跳槽基本情况以及跳槽原因。调查发现,纺织专业类毕业生跳槽现象比较普遍,跳槽主要原因是出于个人职业发展需要考虑,有超过半数的毕业生对新工作表示满意,61.7%的跳槽毕业生认为跳槽是自己深思熟虑后理性选择,但也有少部分毕业生表明跳槽是自己一时冲动的选择,说明目前纺织企业面临人才流失的现象较严重,社会、企业、学校及跳槽者自身要研究一定对策加强跳槽的管理。
The use of self-questionnaires, in-depth understanding of textile graduates, as well as the basic reason for job-hopping.Survey found that textile graduates 'job-hopping quite common, mainly due to quit for personal career development need to consider that over half of the graduates expressed satisfaction with the work of the new, 61.7 percent of the graduates consider that job-hopping is a job considered themselves rational choice, but there are also a few graduates indicated that their job is the choice of the spur of the moment, the current textile industry are facing the phenomenon of brain drain more serious, social, business, schools and the job-hoppers need to study some countermeasures to strengthen the management job-hopping.
