摘要
目的:探讨山东省不同级别医院呼吸内镜清洗消毒管理现状。方法:根据《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》(2004年版)要求,制定调查方案,对不同级别的10所医院进行现场查看和问卷调查,并对使用后呼吸内镜的清洗消毒效果进行抽样检测。结果:10所医院呼吸内镜清洗消毒管理基本符合要求,其中2所二级医院未设置独立洗消间,5所医院消毒灭菌方式正确但清洗过程不规范;抽样检测42条电子支气管内镜清洗消毒效果,内镜外表面合格率82%,内镜内腔面合格率81%。结论:山东省医院呼吸内镜消毒管理较以往已有较大改进,但在某些环节上仍存在一些问题,应进一步规范相关程序,并加大培训力度。
Objective： To explore the present management status of cleaning and disinfection of respiratory endoscope in different level hospitals of Shandong Province. Methods： The questionnaire scheme was established according to ＂The technical operation criterion of cleaning and disinfection for endoscope＂ 12004 edition } and was adopted to make a questionnaire and field survey on 10 hospitals in different level, the sampling of cleaning and disinfection of endoscope was detected and the effect was assessed. Results： The management of cleaning and disinfection of respiratory endoscope basically met the requirements in 10 hospitals, of which 2 hospitals had no separate cleaning and disinfection rooms; the cleaning process was not standardized though the disinfection mode was correct in 5 hospitals. The rate up to the standard of disinfection in the surface of endoscope was 82% and the inner side of endoscope was 81% in total 42 samples of e -bronchoscope. Conclusion： Disinfection manage- ment of respiratory endoscope in the hospitals of Shandong province has great improvement than ever before but the problems still exist in some areas, therefore the procedures and training should be further standardized and enhanced.
