摘要
实现农机化快速发展,必须运用科学发展观指导农机化工作。总结盘山县用科学发展观指导农机化工作的宝贵经验,提出以统筹发展理念谋划农机化、以兴机富民为目标发展农机化、以可持续协调发展保障农机化、以正确政绩观提升农机化的思路,以实现农机化科学发展。
To realize fast development of agricultural mechanization,we must utilize the concept of scientific development to lead farm machinery work. This article summarizes the valuable experience in using scientific development concept to direct farm machinery work in Panshan County,proposes that we should work out comprehensive plans to develop agricultural mechanization,that we should make farmers prosperous through using more farm machinery as the goal in developing agricultural mechanization,that we should make great efforts to ensure sustainable and coordinated development in agricultural mechanization,and that we should form correct achievement view in promoting agricultural mechanization so as to realize scientific development in agricultural mechanization.
