摘要
本文以沙柳、柠条、杨木为原材料,研究了3种木材制取生物质燃料乙醇的原料预处理阶段纤维素酸水解转化葡萄糖的影响因素和较佳条件,并寻找了3种木材水解的较佳条件组合。试验结果表明,2种灌木材酸水解转化为葡萄糖的质量要明显高于杨木。原浆浓度为8%,酸浓度0.4mol/L^0.5mol/L、水解时间8h^10h、水解温度70℃~90℃是较佳木材纤维素转化为葡萄糖的反应条件。
The influencing factors and better conditions by acidic hydrolysis of cellulose for glucose from Salix,Caragana and Poplar in material pretreatment stage to yield the biomass fuel alcohol were studied in this paper,and the better hydrolysis technology by this three kinds of wood was probed.The results showed that: the quality of glucose from salix and caragana is higher than from poplar evidently,and the former plasm concentration(8%)、acid concentration(0.4~0.5mol/L)、hydrolyze time(8~10h)、hydrolyze temperature(70~90℃) are better reaction conditions to get glucose from wood cellulose.
