不同经营方式下兴安落叶松林土壤微生物年季动态研究 被引量:12

STUDY ON DYNAMIC VARIATION OF SOIL MICROORGANISM UNDER DIFFRENT MANAGEMENT MODES IN LARIX GMELINI FOREST

摘要 本文以内蒙古大兴安岭森林不同经营方式下的森林土壤为研究对象,对其中的4大类常见微生物的数量以稀释平板计数法进行年、季动态测定,用Excel 2003软件统计分析。意在为今后大兴安岭森林经营提供1个微生物方面的参考依据。结果表明:季节动态微生物总数量中,自生固氮菌、细菌、放线菌,表现为夏季>春季>秋季,而真菌表现为夏季>秋季>春季;不同经营方式下自生固氮菌、细菌表现为原始林>渐伐林>人工林>皆伐林,放线菌表现为原始林>人工林>皆伐林>渐伐林,真菌变化不明显。年度动态变化表明,各类菌在数量总和上表现为S2007年>S2006年>S2008年;从不同经营方式看,细菌和自生固氮菌均表现为原始林>渐伐林>人工林>皆伐林;放线菌、真菌表现为原始林>人工林>渐伐林>皆伐林。各季节各年度土壤微生物数量都呈现细菌>自生固氮菌>放线菌>真菌。由此认为,渐伐是最佳的经营方式,人工造林是恢复原生态达到最佳经营的有力补充。 This article was about soil microorganism population in forest of Mount Daxing'anling under different management methods during different years and different seasons.Through testing and recording the population of four main kinds of soil microorganisms,bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi and nitrogen fixing bacteria,by using solid culture medium and making microorganism growing up on it,stating and analyzing by Excel 2003 and SAS,the results showed as following: indifferent seasons,the total number of microorganism was summerspringautumn except fungi,it was summerautumnspring;in different management modes such as original forestry,all cutting revegetation forestry,gradually cutting revegetation forestry,artificially planting forestry,(above forestry separately abbreviated OF,AF,GF,ArF),bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria showed OFGFArFAF,actinomycetes showed OFArFAFGF but fungi showed no any obvious changes.In different years,the total population was S2007S2006S2008,in different management modes bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria showed OFGFArFAF but fungi and actinomycetes was OFArFGFAF.The population of each kind of bacteria from both seasons and years showed bacterianitrogen fixing bacteriaactinomycetesfungi.According to the above results,we could draw a conclusion,namely,GF was a better way to manage forest confinuiously than others,Arf was a good complementary method to make forest ecosystem become a healthy one.
