摘要
从健康野生黄芪中分离出内生细菌8株,经复筛后有3株具有抗菌活性。经培养滤液抑菌活性测定,菌株ZCJ2抑菌作用最强,根据其形态学和生理生化特征初步判断为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilius)。对菌株ZCJ2的16SrDNA基因片段进行扩增、克隆,测序后构建进化树,结果证明该菌株为Bacillus subtilius变种。
8 bacterial strains were isolated from The health of wild Milkvetch,After duplicate sieves,3 strains have antimicrobial activity.in which strains ZCJ2 had the strongest inhibitory antagonistic effect through inhibitory activity test.It was preliminarily identified as Bacillus subtilius by morphological characteristics and determination of physiological and biochemical characteristics.Almost the entire length of the 16S rDNA gene of strain ZCJ2 was amplified and sequenced.A neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree was constructed based on comparison of 16S rDNA sequence of this strain and The strain was indentified as Bacillus subtilius.
