摘要
在对大学毕业生择业心理倾向调查分析的基础上,从增强毕业生就业竞争力、树立正确的职业价值观、加强毕业生就业指导的针对性、进行体验式就业教育等四个方面提出了开展就业指导的对策与建议,旨在做好大学生的就业指导工作,促进大学毕业生顺利就业。
On the foundation of investigation and analysis about college students＇ employment psychological tendency, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects, such as boosting up College students＇ employment-obtaining competitive strength, building up correct career value, strengthening the pertinency of college students＇ career guidance, carrying through experience-employment-obtaining-education, etc. , aims to do better on college students＇ career - guidance job and helps college students＇ obtain employment successfully.
