绍兴香糕佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

摘要 [目的]探讨绍兴香糕辅佐治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。[方法]轮状病毒性肠炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,两组均予常规综合治疗,对照组在饮食上继续予母乳喂养或人工喂养,观察组在母乳喂养的基础上加用绍兴香糕,人工喂养儿则改用绍兴香糕为主食的混合喂养。[结果]观察组治愈25例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率为96.7%;对照组治愈18例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率为90.0%,两组总有效率比较差异显著。观察组症状改善时间及症状消失时间均较对照组为短,且两组比较差异显著。[结论]绍兴香糕辅佐治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著。
