摘要
目的探讨产科子宫切除的相关原因以及临床特点。方法对我院近几年行子宫切除孕产妇25例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果前置胎盘9例(36%),胎盘植入5例(20%),胎盘因素是子宫切除的主要原因;剖宫产子宫切除率高于阴道分娩子宫切除率。结论加强健康宣传教育与围生期的保健,正确严格的掌握剖宫产指征,可以减少产科子宫切除的发生。
Objective The discussion obstetrics womb excises related reason as well as clinical characteristic.Methods Excises the pregnant woman 25 examples to my courtyard good womb the clinical materials to carry on the review analysis in recent years.Results The pretage placenta 9 examples（36%）,the placenta implants 5 examples（20%）,the placenta factor is the primary cause which the womb excises;Splits the palace to produce the womb excision rate to be higher than the vagina childbirth womb excision rate.Conclusion The enhancement health propaganda education and the perinatal stage health care,correct strict grasping splits the palace to produce refers drafts,may reduce the occurrence which obstetrics womb excises.
