摘要
以毛竹种子为试材,研究自然干燥的毛竹种子在4℃下自然老化过程,不同含水量的种子在4℃和25℃条件下贮藏2年后生活力变化。结果表明:4℃下毛竹种子(MC9.09%)的最佳保存期为1年,贮藏2.5年后种子基本丧失生活力。贮藏温度直接影响毛竹种子贮藏最适含水量,4℃和25℃贮藏条件下毛竹种子保存的最适含水量分别为7.45%和6.46%。毛竹种子的相对电导率、MDA含量与种子活力呈显著负相关,SOD、POD、CAT活性与种子活力呈显著正相关;适度干燥的种子浸出液相对电导率和种内MDA含量显著降低,抗氧化酶活性明显提高。保持膜的完整性、提高种子的抗氧化能力、减轻膜质过氧化是低温和适度干燥条件下有效保持毛竹种子活力的主要生理生化原因之一。
A study was carried out on the normal aging of natural drying Moso bamboo seeds under 4 ℃ and on the vitality and physiological and biochemistrical changes of seeds with various moisture contents which had been stored for two years under 4 ℃ and 25 ℃.The results showed that the best storage duration for Moso bamboo seeds under 4 ℃ was one year,the seeds would lose vitality after 30 months’ storage.Low temperature and moderate drying disposal were beneficial for the seed vitality,and the optimum moisture content of Phyllostachys edulis seeds during storage depended on temperature.The best seeds moisture content at 4 ℃ and 25 ℃ were 7.45% and 6.46% respectively.A negative correlation was found between the relative electrical conductivity MDA content of Moso seeds and the seeds vitality,while a positive correlation was found between the SOD,POD,CAT and the seed vitality.The relative electrical conductivity and MDA contents decreased remarkably,while antioxidant enzymes increased greatly.The main physiological and biochemistrical reasons for keeping seed vitality effectively under low temperature and moderate dryness included keeping the completeness of cytomembrane,increasing antioxidant ability and supressing lipid peroxidation of Moso bamboo seeds.
